Zhoushan-based Putuo Wanda Co., Ltd. founded in 1992 is
the Company’s predecessor. After an evolution spanning 15
years, the Company moved its headquarters to Shanghai in
2003 and became a government-certified key enterprise in Changning District, Shanghai. With a regist-ered capital of
200 million yuan, the Company now operatesa presence in manufacture, marketing, installation, and maintenance of
elevators; in internal & foreign trade of energy, petrochemical products; in port warehousing & transport; in trade of cons-
truction materials; in real estate developmentand property management; and in project investment. Whenlooking at its
overall industry mix and its direction of operation, we believe
the Company has complied with the correct industrial trend
in which a company shifts up the value chain, from serving a downstream industry to serving an upstream industry,and
consolidates its resources.With an elongated industrial chain
sector,the Company is allowed to maintain its vigor and relatively stable profiting performance. While relying upon solid manage-
ment strength and ample human resources, the Company has adhered to the creed “Be human-oriented, manage operations

the Company has expanded its business areas to include the
Yangtze Delta and east China cities, such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Xiamen, Changzhou, and Zhoushan etc., in addition to 7 subsidiaries or branches set up in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hong Kong, Guangzhou etc.

Our current headquarters is located on 31/F, New Shanghai International Tower, 360 Pudong Road (S), Lujiazui Finance &
Trade Zone, Shanghai. We own a complete operation &manag-ement system consisting of 8 functional departments, including Administration & Personnel, Corporate Development, Planning & Finance, Investment Development, Assets Management, Internal
& Foreign Trade, Project Management, and Checking & Auditing.
The payroll includes over 500 employees, of which 60% earned
a junior college or higher education and40% are technicians.
