Wang Yuanwan and Other Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Got Benefit fr

           Zhoushan has set up the “Leading Group of Zhoushan to Support Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Pioneering and Innovation to Promote Development of Zhoushan”, with the leaders of the CPC municipal committee and municipal government as the leader and deputy leader of the group, and 17 municipal level departments including the Development and Reform Commission, the Economic and Information Commission and Finance Bureau of the municipality as members of the group, to provide all-round, high quality and high efficiency services for returned investors in the form of government and enterprise partnering meeting and bank and enterprise symposium, and since 2012, the implementation rate of investment projects with contract signed has remained quite high.
           To enable investors to merge with the local area and work and live at ease and comfortably, starting from 2012, Zhoushan offered preferential policies on reduction and exemption of land price and change of applications, and offered quota for land, to meet their needs in land use. Zhoushan also offered access cards to Mount Putuo for senior executives in the incoming invested enterprises, and made active efforts to help incoming investors solve questions of financing and land use, and arrange the children of invited senior professionals to go to kindergartens and schools. In the whole municipality, there is now a good atmosphere of “respecting, caring and serving Zhejiang entrepreneurs”.            Steady progress has been made in inviting Zhejiang entrepreneurs to return, and the investment of newly introduced projects and capital increase for projects under construction have obviously speeded up. According to the three-year plan (2013~2015) for Zhejiang entrepreneurs pioneering and innovation to promote development of Zhoushan, investment from returned Zhejiang entrepreneurs will be over 30 billion yuan during the three years.
