About ZALL

2013: The building of ZALL Energy have been built.
Officially completed Phase I Project of Louis Dreyfus ZALL Energy LLC and put it into operation, and started the construction of Phase II Project. The building of ZALL Energy have been built.

2012: Completed the acquisition of Yongji Shipping Co., Ltd. and built chemical transportation fleet.

2010: Established a joint venture (Zhejiang ZALL Elevator Co., Ltd. holding 70% of the share and LDH Energy 30%) with Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy LLC, a world-renowned Fortune 500 company. Carried out the construction of petrochemical port, storage and transportation project, with phase I invested by self-possessed fund of more than 1 billion yuan.

2005: Completed the overall acquisition of Shanghai Building Equipment Co., Ltd.

2004: Jointly founded Zhoushan ZALL Energy (Group) Co., Ltd. and launched petrochemical energy base project.
The number of holding companies and subsidiaries of Shanghai ZALL Enterprise Development (Group) Co., Ltd. reached 20.

2003: Set up Shanghai ZALL Enterprise Development (Group) Co., Ltd. and completed the strategic holdings of subsidiaries.

2002: Extended business presence in the industry of real estate, established Shanghai Jingyuan Property Co., Ltd. and obtained the registration certificate of trademark “ZALL” issued by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

2001: Founded Zhejiang ZALL Elevator Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou in 2001.
Acquired a number of key elevator projects in Shanghai, Nanjing and Wuxi, etc.Obtained the permission to rename the installation and maintenance qualification.

1995: Invested 18 million yuan in the construction of 15-story headquarters building in Putuo.
Set up Zhongbo International Trade Co., Ltd. in Ningbo for import and export trade.

1994: Founded Zhoushan Huada Oil Transportation Co., Ltd., which is engaged in oil transportation and possesses two 5,000 tonnage oil tankers.
Established Zhedong Elevator Co., Ltd. for distribution and agency of OTIS elevator.

1993: Set up Zhoushan Haida Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. for decoration engineering.

1992: Established Zhoushan Putuo Wanda Co., Ltd., mainly for building materials sales.
